Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. The Lawrence County Republican Executive Committee, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation (Opt-Out)

If you do not wish to continue participating in any Program or no longer agree to these Terms, you agree to reply to any mobile message received from a Program with any of the following keywords to opt out:

• CANCEL

• UNSUBSCRIBE

• QUIT

You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the only reasonable and exclusive methods of opting out. Any other method, including texting different words or phrases or making verbal requests, is not considered a valid means of opting out. If you are subscribed to multiple Programs across different numbers, you must separately opt out of each.

Note: Requesting "HELP" or emailing the committee is not an acceptable method of opting out. You must follow the "Cancellation" procedures above to be removed from the list.

The Programs are offered on an “as-is” basis. They may not be available in all areas at all times and may not continue to work in the event of software, coverage, or other changes made by your wireless carrier. We are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.
